About Project
In 2023, the Odesa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre toured the United States with their celebrated production of Don Quixote. Featuring a 45-member company of principal dancers, soloists, and corps de ballet, the production embodied centuries of Ukrainian cultural heritage through virtuosic choreography, vibrant costumes, and world-class stagecraft. The eight-city route connected communities across the East Coast and South, offering audiences an authentic encounter with the grandeur of classical ballet.

We were engaged as the full-service production partner, closing all aspects of the U.S. tour cycle on behalf of the local promoter. Our responsibilities included artist contracting and international travel coordination, venue booking, technical advancing, and on-site production supervision. Each city required tailored marketing campaigns, adaptation to local stage specifications, and precise logistics to move the full-scale production seamlessly between theaters. From the opening curtain in Englewood to the final bow in Miami, every performance preserved the company’s artistic integrity and full visual spectacle.
